Bichelmeyer Meats will be a hub of activity during the American Royal BBQ.  We offer Prime and Choice, Certified Angus, Kobe and Wagyu Brisket and Custom-Cut Pork Butts.  As well, we have extra meaty, Baby Back, Spare, and St. Louis style ribs.  Our ribs have the no “shiner, ” no membrane, guarantee.  The chicken is fresh and meaty.  Our chicken thighs are BBQ size, with no back bone.
