Bichelmeyer Meats is home to a giant smoke house with three, unique, 8×10 chambers. Each chamber provides the opportunity to create smoked meats full of flavor and tenderness. All our meat is hickory smoked with ham and bacon being sugar cured, as well.
We specialize in the craft of smoking whole pigs, turkey, ham, bacon, pork chops, Bic sticks, and jerky. Our smoked meats are mouth-watering good and will ensure the ultimate hunger satisfaction at your Luau, Holiday Dinner and every party!
