Bichelmeyer Meats’ harvesting facility processes 10-12, locally grown, cattle per week and averages 20, locally grown, hogs per week.  Our operations follow the strict guidelines of the Kansas Department of Agriculture’s State Inspections.  An inspector is present every time we harvest animals which ensures a safe, quality product for our customers.
